Direct reservations are completed through the Merlot House booking engine at book.merlothouse.ca. Reservation and payment information submitted through the booking engine is processed using our booking and payment service providers, including Hostaway and Stripe, as applicable.

Merlot House does not collect or store complete payment-card information through the merlothouse.ca website. Please review the privacy policies and terms presented by the applicable booking and payment providers.

When you visit the website, basic technical and usage information may be collected automatically. Merlot House is an adults-only property for registered guests age 18 and older. Children and infants are not permitted to stay.
